 We are open between the hours of 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday, any orders taken outside of these hours will be processed the next working day.
We aim to process and despatch your order within 24 hours.
When you submit an order via Paypal, it is not binding until we have informed you that the order has been accepted and full payment has been made.
When you place an order with us before 2pm we will try our hardest to get it delivered next day by the Royal Mail. International delivery will be approximately 3-5 days please contact us for postage costs.
Please be aware we will try our best, even in adverse weather conditions to get your order to you in time, if we feel for any reason there will be a delay, we will contact you immediately.

~Shipping costs 4.99 for small light weight items. Medium sized products are £8.00 and Heavy Large items are £20~
~For Express Delivery, shipping costs 6.99 for small weight items. Medium sized products are £10 and Heavy Large items are £25.~

Returning Items:
For the goods to be returned if they are not broken the following terms have to be met.
1. They must be unused.
2. They must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.
4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
5. They must be received back within 14 days from the day your customer received their order.
6. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
7. Videos and magazines are non refundable and non exchangeable.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods back to you
